All property owners with off-street parking are required to utilize that parking option.  Property owners with restricted parking options will follow the calendar parking schedule as follows:  During the period from November 1st to April 1st of each calendar year all motor vehicles shall be parked on the north and west side of the street on even numbered days; all motor vehicles shall be parked on the south and east side of the street on odd numbered days.  A day shall start at 5 p.m. and the day shall be determined odd or even depending upon the date of the next calendar day. This does not apply to the streets that are regulated by overnight parking.
